Living room

So Andrew has been working really hard on the house. He finished painting the living a wonderful sage. I know I really went out on this one. On Saturday Andrew and my Dad put in the chandelier. I looks wonderful!

So here is week 23. I believe that means 1 week away from being 6 months pregnant. Crazy how time flies.

Dogs and Pregnancy

The Precious Angels have left my doggies. So the dogs have done the following:
1. eat pieces of wood lying around the room
2. pee on the floor when yelled at (CHARLIE!)
3. tear up several rolls of wrapping paper in the basement and pee on it. (Guess who peed on it?)
4. poo in the basement
5. try to escape from the cage and pierce through the ear (Bella)
4. whine at every single thing that walks, drives, flies by the house.
Honestly...who couldn't love these bundles of joy!!!

Unfortunately this is me at 22 weeks. Yikes! How do you come to grip with your thighs and butt forming an alliance to take over the world. I understand the growth in the stomach, that would be Luke, but seriously...why my legs and butt. Let's just hope it disappears as Luke graces us with his appearance.

21 weeks

Sorry I forgot to take my picture earlier this week, I surprised I am still remembering. Well, I am 21 weeks. I felt Luke finally kick on Tuesday or at least I think I felt him. I had my doctor's appointment this afternoon and everything is going perfectly. To be honest, except for excepting the weight gain, pregnancy has been extremely easy for me. So the picture looks really bad. The new color in the dining room makes taking pictures in there a little more difficult. Oh well!

Updates

Sorry about the delay in my pictures but my lovely dogs decided to eat my memory card reader. Apparently number 4 in readers I purchased will actually work with my card. So, I have my pregnant pictures, week 19 is out becuase we were on our cruise!

week 17 above and week 18 below.
week 20 below.

Andrew had time to paint our living room. Surprisely I chose to go with beige. I went out on a limb on that color. Soon to come will be the dining room. Andrew got must of the painting done and will be able to do the lighting. YEAH!

Andrew was in his PJs and we're going to run to McDonald's and he quickly threw this lovely outfit together. He looked "special."

The following our some pictures of our cruise. I am not in much because every time I looked at myself I got depressed. Pregnancy, who knew? We went to Key West and Nassua. It rained 90% of the time but don't you worry because the day out sea was our sunny day. Poo. We had a real good time and both came back weighing a lot more. Thank you Burkey parents for watching our doggies.

The skies began to get really bad when we paid to go on a private island. The boat person had to call the cruise line to notify them that we were unable to get off the island and they would need to hold the boat. This picture was justthe beginning of how bad it got.

Ultrasound

So we got back from the cruise yesterday night. The only good thing about it was that this morning we had our ultrasound. Below our two pictures of HIS face. Yes, it's a boy! Andrew was really excited and it took me a little longer seeing that I was convinced I was having a girl. Soon we will have a name picked so until then we will be calling the baby...Baby.

Here he is sucking on his thumb.
This is his profile. He is healthy and weighing in at 9 oz. Right on track!
