Inspections

Mom really enjoyed the basement which will eventually be gutted!

So on Friday we had our home inspection. Everything for the most part turned out good. So, while Andrew walked around with the inspector, I toured Kate and Lilly around the place as Judah hung out in the baby swing. (It counts as our's since we are buying the house...right?) But here are some pictures, so you will see the work that will need to be done.

On September 12 (or close to that date) Andrew and I will be closing on our new house. There will be lots of work ahead or us and I don't think that we will be able to do all the work I want do within a month. EX. Kitchen cabinets, floors throughout, remove a beam in the living room, finish a basement, and redo the master bathroom. Man, if only I wasn't a freak about other people's things. Oh well, we are very excited to get started on some of our projects. Sorry no inside pictures yet. They'll becoming... the before and after spots.

Callie got MARRIED!

On August 2nd a really good friend of mine got Married. Callie Garceau is no longer a Garceau!!! At 11 Callie got her hair done and then I took her to another Salon to get her makeup down. Unfortunately it had to be redone several times but after that things went smoothly until we noticed her wedding dress was needed to be mended. Fortunately I was there to save the day. i had to fix her entire hem and bodice. But Jared really seem to enjoy himself at the reception and I'm pretty convinced that Cal did too. Pictures to come...
